Changeover days are normally a Friday or a Monday.
Check-in: 16:00 / Check-out: 10:00.

Maximum occupancy: 12. Children welcome.

Up to two dogs are very welcome, though they are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. There is a £20 supplement for each pet, to allow for extra cleaning. 

Minimum stays of 3–7 nights apply during busy periods.

Damage deposit of £300 is payable in advance. Initial deposit is required followed by full payment 8 weeks in advance.

Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Please note: Parties/events are not allowed in the property. No smoking permitted anywhere in the property.
